Rep Participation Program

A Full-Stack Sales, Logistics, and Marketing System

Miami Circle Co. offers a limited number of rep participation seats for brands and representatives who want a repeatable, high-integrity way to move upscale product at direct pricing.

This is not booth rental.

This is not shared warehouse space.

This is a complete operating system.

Annual Participation Fee

$85,000 per Rep

This fee covers all core operations, logistics, showroom presence, market activation, and collective marketing required to support two full container cycles per year.

There are no required add-ons to make the system functional.

What Each Rep Receives

1. Two Container Cycles Per Year

End-to-end inventory throughput

Each rep participates in two full container cycles annually, managed entirely through the Miami Circle Co. platform.

This includes:

• Container intake at the Service Steward base

• Receiving, inspection, and documentation

• Inventory control and rotation planning

• Staging prep for gallery and market

• Redeploy after Scott’s activation

This ensures inventory stays in motion without degrading pricing or presentation.

2. Ghenogas Gallery Vignette

Permanent showroom anchor

Each rep receives a rotating, curated vignette presence at Ghenogas Gallery in the Miami Circle design district.

Includes:

• Professional staging and restaging

• Gallery exposure to designers, buyers, and private clients

• Appointment-ready environment for rep meetings

• Credible context before live market exposure

The gallery establishes trust before the product enters high-velocity environments.

3. Scott’s Antique Market Activation

Live market momentum without operational drag

Reps participate in Scott’s Antique Market through curated activations, not full-inventory booth dumps.

Includes:

• Market-ready selection planning

• Transport to and from Scott’s

• Setup and pack-down handled by Service Steward

• Inventory protection between shows

• Participation aligned to container cycles

Scott’s creates urgency.

The platform ensures continuity after the weekend ends.

4. Service Steward Operations

The logistics layer that makes everything work

Service Steward provides the physical execution behind the system.

Includes:

• Local trucking and handling

• Storage buffer between cycles

• Staging labor and reset

• Condition control and redeploy coordination

Reps do not need to manage transport, storage contracts, or labor scheduling.

5. Catalog + Umbrella Ecommerce Listing

Permanent digital presence with collective authority

Each rep is included in the Miami Circle Co. printed and digital catalog, presented at Scott’s and distributed post-market.

In addition, each rep receives:

• An SEO-optimized listing under the Miami Circle Co. ecommerce umbrella

• Editorial-style copy, not commodity product pages

• Shared domain authority and long-term discoverability

• Direct buyer pathways beyond market weekends

Your product remains searchable and sellable year-round.

6. Sunday Home Show Media + Narrated Ads

Marketing that keeps working after the show

Reps receive inclusion in Sunday Home Show live capture and content production.

Includes:

• Live filming at Scott’s or Ghenogas Gallery

• Product storytelling segments

• Bespoke narrated audio ads (select cuts)

• Reusable assets for web, social, and client outreach

Narration and media are designed to support sales, not vanity impressions.
